Starting with just two employees, Demo Works secured small-scale projects. Over the years, it has grown to a team of 15 employees and established relationships with some of the largest general contractors in Ottawa.

Sam Sayed founded Demo Works, a dedicated demolition and abatement company based in Ottawa. Before starting Demo Works in 2016, Sam worked as an Owner, General Manager, Project Manager, and Estimator in the industrial, commercial, and institutional construction sectors since 2012. He has demonstrated an ability to support general contracting critical operations in various client-service restrictive environments, such as the public and private sectors. Sam has proven experience in managing multi-functional teams by organizing workflow and utilizing a proactive and unique approach to problem-solving. He is proficient at analyzing and implementing complex tasks and follows best practices for estimating, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry, Sam is committed to providing his clients exceptional service and value-added services that keep them coming back.
